£15.00 –  approx 3-5 working days, we cannot be held responsible for items being delayed due to customs checks. (Please note that on international orders you may be liable for import duties and/or customs excess on your order and you are responsible for payment of these when the order enters your country.) A signature is required on receipt with this delivery service

 

International -

£35.00 – approx 5-7 working days, we cannot be held responsible for items being delayed due to customs checks. Lost or Faulty Items -

If you believe your item has arrived faulty please contact us via email within 24hrs of receipt, explaining the issues and if possible supply photos -

If your item is lost in the post, PI-KU will not be able to issue any exchanges or refunds prior to receiving confirmation from the said courier to confirm the parcel status as lost, this process can take up to 28 working days.
